• The first and second floor suites can be locked off and used independently. 
• The finished basement has a washer & dryer (no charge to use), restroom, foosball table and tables with seating for 12.
• Local phone calls, satellite TV, bedding & towels, cookware and grill are all provided.
• No smoking. Pets not allowed indoors, but you are welcome to keep your dog outside.
• Check-in is 4:00pm. Check-out is noon.
• $50 deposit per reservation (Visa, MC or check) & you must cancel at least 72 hours in advance or deposit is forfeited.

You may combine any of the room/rate options 1 through 4 below or rent both suites:

First Floor Suite Only:
1. This option includes a Queen Bedroom w/TV, bathroom w/corner heated air massage tub for two and seated shower, living room with TV, dining room & kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, range, microwave and dishwasher. Sleeps 2.
2. Same as #1, plus second Queen Bedroom with TV and bathroom with heated air massage tub for one and shower. With this option, you are welcome to use the sleeper sofa for no additional charge. Sleeps up to 6 with sleeper sofa in use.

Second Floor Suite Only:
3. This option includes the King Bedroom with TV and bathroom has a two person heated air massage tub and shower. Living room has a TV, dining table and 6 chairs. Kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range and microwave.
4. Same as #3, plus Elf Bedroom w/twin daybed & a twin on a trundle. With this option, you are welcome to use the sleeper sofa for no additional charge. Sleeps up to 6 with sleeper sofa in use.

Both Suites:  Sleeps 12 with sleeper sofas in use.

Camping:  If you are with a group renting the retreat, you may camp across the road by the river or park an RV next to the house for $25 per night.  We will provide extra towels. There is a restroom in the basement that you can use without entering the suites, but in order to shower or bathe, someone in your party who is staying in a suite will have to let you in!
